ALL PRODUCTS IN THE BOTTLED JUICE COOLER WERE NON-TCS. THERE ARE PLANS TO STORE JUICE PRODUCTS IN THE PEPSI COOLER, BUT IT WAS NOT ON TODAY. BEFORE STORING TCS PRODUCTS IN THIS COOLER, ENSURE THAT IT WILL MAINTAIN A TEMPERATURE BELOW 41 DEGREES.
PROPOSED STORAGE OF RETAIL CHEMICALS IS AWAY FROM ANY FOOD PRODUCTS. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS PERMITTED TO OPERATE AS A LOW RISK FOOD SERVICE FACILITY BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. |
